LACONIC PROSAIC - Baileywulf

Well, I just watched Beowulf for the zillionth time since I bought it on DVD two days ago.

I take great pride in my Beowulf collection. I have the original poem in two forms, one translated into modern English and the other in the Anglo-Saxon text – both by Michael Alexander. I have two graphic novel adaptations, one by Gareth Hinds and the other by Stefan Petrucha and Kody Chamberlain. I've recently purchased the 2007 Beowulf movie directed by Robert Zemeckis on DVD with a limited aluminium casing and the film's novelisation, by Caitlin Kiernan. I also have two film adaptations – Beowulf and Grendel directed by Andrew Rai Berzins (2005) and the sci-fi version of Beowulf by Graham Baker (1999). I even have Beowulf: The Game based upon the 2007 film and published by Ubisoft. (The game was terrible).

I suppose, to be more true, it should be Tobias in the above strip. But Tobiwulf just doesn't sound as tough. ^_^
